Welding
Students master skills of the trade established by the American Welding Society. Valuable skills for entrylevel employment become the focus of this popular program, which includes experience with shielded metal, arc-welding, gas tungsten arc-welding, gas metal arc-welding, and submerged arc-welding. Students gain additional skills in metal fabrication on both plate and pipe.
Students will refine their skills as they practice blueprint reading for machining. High School Core Academic Credit available in ELA, Math, and Science. College credit is available.
